The Sheraton Hotel has three award winning and very popular restaurants and three bars. The Grill Room is an intimate, old fashioned and elegant hotel restaurant serving both international and Scottish dishes. The white tablecloths, silver, crystal and fine china make this one of the finest dining places in Edinburgh. The Grill Room is open just for lunch and dinner.

The Terrace Brasserie at the Sheraton Hotel is looking out to Festival Square and has views of Edinburgh Castle. This is an informal, self-service buffet style restaurant designed as a high ceiling conservatory. Everything from salads, soup, fish and meat to deserts and fresh fruit are available but the main attraction of this restaurant is the live cooking theatre the as the chefs prepare all of the fine dishes.

The Santini restaurant is located in the Sheraton Hotel's excellent spa complex. The elegant and spacious decor and professional staff smartly dressed in Versaci or Gucci makes the Santini the ultimate in Italian dining style and sophistication. The Santini Bis is ideal for a lighter bite such as authentic Italian pizza and freshly made pasta.

Unlike other luxury Edinburgh hotels, the Sheraton's restaurants and bars are wildly popular with locals who come at the Exchange Bar, the Grill Room or the Terrace for after-work drinks and dinner or after a great concert's night's out at Usher Hall.

You can also choose not to dine at the Sheraton Hotel and go out and sample Edinburgh's many bars and restaurants. Many great ones are on Rose Street and George Street, the streets running parallel with Princes Street and in the Old Town.
