You can get from Brussels to London Victoria (or London to Brussels) by taking the regular Eurolines coaches operated by National Express UK.
How long does it take to get from London to Brussels by bus?
It takes between 8 hours and 15 minutes and 9 hours and 15 minutes to get from London to Brussels. On the return route Brussels to London it takes between 5 hours 45 minutes and 7 hours 30 minutes. The channel crossing from England to Belgium is either by ferry or Eurotunnel depending on the departure chosen.

How much does it cost to get from Brussels to London with Eurolines?
We looked at various dates in the next few months and the cheapest direct coach ticket we could find was £25 for a single ticket and £35 for a return ticket, plus a booking fee of £3, although the fares increased at peak times such as Easter.
Note: Eurolines routes from UK are operated by National Express. Book either through Eurolines UK or the National Express website.
Cheapest way to get from London to Brussels Belgium?
The journey from London to Brussels can be made by coach, by Eurostar train train or by flying. Taking the coach is the cheapest way of getting from London to Brussels but also the longest way although it does not compare too badly with the other options.
- A non flexible train ticket on the Eurostar to Brussels is advertised from £69 for a single journey although it was in fact far higher on many of the dates we looked at. The journey from London to Brussels takes just under 2 hours and if journey time rather than cost is the main priority then this might be a better option.
- The price of a plane ticket can vary widely but as a guide expect to pay between £80 and £200 pounds for a return ticket. Although physically only a very short journey across the Channel, don't forget that you have to make your way to one of the London airports and leave sufficient time for check in and security before your flight, so it can end up quite inconvenient for such as short flight.
Coach Times from London Victoria to Brussels
This is a frequent direct service with buses usually leaving from London Victoria Coach Station up to five times a day, depending on the day of the week. There may also be extra departures at peak times. According to the coach timetable there are usually four coaches from London to Brussels on a Monday and Thursday and five departures on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday due to an extra afternoon coach.
First coaches
The first coach leaves London at 08:00 in the morning and arrives in Brussels at 16:30 in the afternoon.
Last coaches
There are two buses which both leave at 20:30 in the evening, arriving in Brussels at 05:45 in the morning, one which takes the Eurotunnel and one which crosses on the ferry.
Night coaches
The two overnight coaches which leave at 20:30 in the evening and arrive at 05:45 in the morning are the only night buses.

Bus Schedule from Brussels to London
There are up to five coaches a day from Brussels to London using Eurolines. There are four departures on a Wednesday and Sunday, five scheduled departures on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and six departures on a Saturday.
First coaches
The first direct coach leaves Brussels at 07:00 in the morning and arrives into Victoria Coach Station at 12:45 in the afternoon with the exception of Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
On a Wednesday and Sunday the first bus leaves Brussels at 11:15 in the morning and arrives into Victoria Coach Station at 17:45 in the afternoon.
On a Friday the first bus leaves Brussels at 08:00 in the morning and arrives into Victoria Coach Station at 13:45 in the afternoon.
Last coaches
There are two direct buses which leave Brussels at 23:00 at night and arrive into London Victoria at 06:30 the next morning, one which crosses the channel using the Eurotunnel and one which uses the ferry.

The two coach services which leave Brussels at 23:00 are the only overnight coaches.

How long does it take to get from London Victoria Station to Brussels by bus?
The journey takes between 8 hours and 15 minutes and 9 hours and 15 minutes depending on which departure is chosen. The return journey from Brussels to London Victoria takes between 5 hours 45 minutes and 7 hours 30 minutes.
How much does the coach ticket from London to Brussels in Belgium cost?
- Single tickets were priced between £25 and £46 on the different dates we looked at.
- Return coach tickets between London and Brussels cost between £35.00 and £67.00.
- There is a downloadable timetable on the Eurolines site which quotes 'on the day' tickets at £57 single/£76 return.
- The published timetable also advertises a New Special Fares price of £27 single/£36 return (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays only) and £30 single/£39 return (Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Mondays) including a £3 booking fee, although prices are higher on many dates with increased demand.
- The Eurolines pass, which costs from 175 euros for under 26 and 205 euros for an adult for 15 days in low season, can be used on the London to Brussels coach route.

Other bus fares details
- National Express funfare tickets are not applicable on this route or any of the London - Europe routes including London to Brussels.
- If you have to take a connecting bus journey to London, there is an offer of £15 single or return for nationwide connections from National Express.
- There is a booking fee of £3.00 per person plus a £1 charge for all credit card bookings.
- There are also various fees to obtain your coach ticket including £0.50 to collect it in person, £1 to have it posted and £.50 to have it sent to your mobile phone - the only method which is free is if you print the E-ticket yourself.
- The National Express Coachcard is not valid on Eurolines services.
As the cheapest coach tickets sell out quickly, you are advised to book well in advance for travel at peak times such as bank holidays, half-term, New year, Christmas holidays and the Easter holidays.
Where does the coach between London and Brussels stop?
This depends on the departure, as some coaches use the Eurotunnel and some use the ferry to cross the Channel:
- Service EU191 which leaves at 08:00 in the morning from London Victoria stops at Dover ferry Port, Lille in France and Ghent in Belgium.
- Service EU140 which leaves at 10:00 in the morning from London Victoria stops at Lille in France, before arriving in Brussels.
- Service EU170 which leaves at 14:00 in the afternoon from London Victoria also stops at Lille in France.
- Service EU163 which leaves at 20:30 in the evening from London Victoria stops at Hempstead Valley shopping centre in Kent, Dover ferry Port and Ghent in Belgium.
- Service EU160 which leaves at 20:30 in the evening from London Victoria stops at Hempstead Valley shopping centre in Kent, Dover ferry Port and Lille in France.
- Passengers also have to get out of the coach on arriving in France or Belgium to clear passport control.
