Cheapest way to get from London to Brussels Belgium?

The journey from London to Brussels can be made by coach, by Eurostar train train or by flying. Taking the coach is the cheapest way of getting from London to Brussels but also the longest way although it does not compare too badly with the other options.

  • A non flexible train ticket on the Eurostar to Brussels is advertised from £69 for a single journey although it was in fact far higher on many of the dates we looked at. The journey from London to Brussels takes just under 2 hours and if journey time rather than cost is the main priority then this might be a better option.
  • The price of a plane ticket can vary widely but as a guide expect to pay between £80 and £200 pounds for a return ticket. Although physically only a very short journey across the Channel, don't forget that you have to make your way to one of the London airports and leave sufficient time for check in and security before your flight, so it can end up quite inconvenient for such as short flight.
